Service Description

BQH is a holistic healing modality where relaxation, visualization, and hypnosis techniques are used to help people actively work with their subconscious and access their higher self with the goal of spiritual exploration and self-healing. By doing so, people can address their physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Sessions last about 4-4.5 hours and begin with deepening, move into active processing, and conclude with debriefing. Participants go home with a recording of the hypnotic portion of the experience.
